All new clients begin with an initial consultation. This session includes a full review of injury history, movement screening, and baseline testing. For clients with general performance goals, the session is streamlined (60 minutes). For those bridging from physical therapy or complex injury history, the consultation extends to 75 minutes and includes a more comprehensive plan for reconditioning and return to activity.
Bridge the gap when physical therapy ends or insurance visits run out. This one-on-one session focuses on strength, movement, rehabilitation, and recovery, with modalities included when appropriate, to help you safely progress back to sport or daily activity with confidence.
One-on-one training to elevate performance and reduce injury risk. Focused on strength, speed, agility, mobility, and efficient movement, with programs tailored to each athlete’s goals and sport demands.
*First-time clients: a screening will be completed, and training time may be limited due to the initial evaluation.
Designed for active individuals with a history of injury or those seeking a proactive approach. This session identifies risk factors and applies targeted corrective strategies to reduce the risk of reinjury.
Hands-on recovery techniques such as PNF stretching, cupping, instrument-assisted work, and soft tissue therapy to reduce soreness and restore mobility.
Hands-on guided stretching and mobility work to improve flexibility, relieve tension, and support recovery.
NormaTec-style compression boots to improve circulation, reduce swelling, and speed recovery. Available in single or package options (3, 5, 10, or 20 sessions).
